Cape Classic 380
Friday, 4 November – Sunday, 6 November
Location: Montagu, Western Cape
This 3 day cycling race is aimed at amateur cyclists wanting to kick-start their cycling season and use it as a training ride. It’s limited to just 60 riders and offers 380km of protected peloton for the entire ride. There are competitions throughout the 3 days, professional support, pacers and bike cleaning at the end of each day.
Paint and Sip
Friday, 4 November
Location: Cape Town
Local artist Lindy du Toit takes you step by step through the process of unleashing your inner Artist in order to recreate a masterpiece. The night includes everything you need to create a master piece, a dinner and a glass of wine.
Saturday, 5 November
Location: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga
The Kaapsehoop Marathon is a popular early Comrades and Two Oceans Qualifier. The route is point to point and downhill, so you can push for a PB. Runners’ Guide gives it a rating of just 1, so it’s an easy route! There’s also a half and 10km.
The Beast Challenge 7
Saturday, 5 November
Location: The Wedge, Muldersdrift
The Beast Challenge is an obstacle race. There are 3 different distances for every level of athlete.
Secret Sunrise Kaleidoscope
UPDATE: This event was moved to 27 November 2016
Location: Southern Peninsula
The first edition of Secret Sunrise Kaleidoscope happens somewhere in the Southern Peninsula (location to be released) this Sunday. This event combines the Secret Sunrise events with the painting of canvases to create creative, wild moments. This two hour event is an artistic experience with Secret Sunrise instructors walking you through various emotions and colours.
