Location: Cape Point Vineyards Estate, Noordhoek, Cape Town

Adrenaline Adventures is hosting their first trail run at Cape Point Vineyards this Thursday. With your entry you get a pint of beer or glass of wine. Come with a headlamp and an appetite – The Cape Point Vineyards Night Market sells some fab food!

  1. Wagon and Spear

Friday, 23 September – Sunday, 25 September

Location: Ballito

This year marks the launch of the Kwa-Zulu Natal North Coasts’ first MTB stage race, The Wagon & Spear.

This event looks to showcase the most diverse and spectacular scenery the North Coast has to offer and takes riders on an adventure into the Glendale Valley and surrounding areas. The riding includes cattle tracks, district roads, newly built single track which traverses untouched forest belts and breathtaking views where the escarpment falls away hundreds of meters!

The event is not only for riders, there are special spectator and seconding stations along the route.
