  1. Benoni Northerns Ultra, Marathon and Half

Sunday, 24 April

Location: Benoni Northers Sports Club, Benoni

Runners will recognise this race by its former name as the Slow-Mag marathon. Aside from a change of title sponsor, the race promises to offer the same distances and great fuelling stations. With its lapping route (the marathon laps twice, the ultra, thrice) it is more of a mentally tough route than physically tough. It is however, great training for Comrades.
