Ice Cream, chocolate, peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder creates a super creamy protein milkshake for those post-workout days when you know you should feed your muscles but all you want is a mega milkshake.
You cane easily make it vegan by switching out the milk, ice cream and protein powder for your favorite vegan alternatives. Hemp seeds (not powder, as it’s too strong) would also work as a replacement for the protein powder.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Milkshake
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 banana peeled and sliced
- 1 scoop vanilla / chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop protein powder (either plain, vanilla or chocolate flavored)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa
You will also need
- a blender
- Throw everything into your blender and blend until smooth. Drink Up!
