Have you ever wondered how other people live? When they wake up, what they eat, how much they workout? “A day in the Life” is a series that gives you an inside peak into the days of interesting people.
Affectionately known as “Trail Dassie”, Landie Greyling ended 2016 on a high as she won the UCTC 100km trail run this past weekend. She’s been racing since 2011 and has racked up an impressive number of first place finishes, records both in South Africa and abroad. Adding to a professional trail running career, Landie Greyling also holds down a part-time job as a Tax consultant for KPMG.
Landie shared what a typical Tuesday looks like to give us a peek into how she manages training, work, eating, sleep and family time.
