4 Post Workout Smoothies

Ever since discovering the new Soaring Free Superfood Protein Mixes, they’ve become a go-to. They’re packed with added nutrients thanks to the variety of superfoods in them as well as protein. Aside from their nutritional profile, what has made them a favourite is the taste. We use them mainly in smoothies and have one just about every day, as a post workout smoothie, a snack or instead of lunch. The flavour we choose to use is very much dependant on the fruit we have available but below are four of our favorite post workout smoothies utilising each one.

Gingerly Green Smoothie

4 Post Workout Smoothies

1 cup oat milk

1 cup baby spinach

½ c frozen mango chunks

½ banana, sliced and frozen

A knob of fresh ginger, peeled

2 tablespoons Soaring Free Superfoods Lean Superfoods Protein Mix

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

 

Chocolate Tahini Smoothie

1 medjool date, pitted

1 tablespoon tahini

2 tablespoons Soaring Free Superfoods Awaken Superfoods Protein Mix

 

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

 

Butternut Pie Smoothie

1 cup steamed and frozen butternut chunks

1 medjool date, pitted

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons Soaring Free Superfoods Nourish Superfoods Protein Mix

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

 

Berry Almond Smoothie

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ frozen banana, peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon almond butter

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
