If recipes exist for avocado toast, I can write a “recipe” for a 3-ingredient smoothie bowl, one of which is water. Right?
I have never frozen litchis or added them to smoothie bowls, but an over abundance of litchis that needed to be used up meant thinking of ways to use them fast. Turns out, they freeze well and are great in smoothie bowls.
This smoothie bowl has no banana, but the mango gives it all the creaminess it needs. It’s light, refreshing and deliciously creamy. The litchi flavour shines through so proceed only if you’re a fellow fan of litchis.

Hi.
I’m not an english native speaker. Is “C” here for “Cup”.
Hi Agnes, yes C stands for Cup. Other abbreviations I use in recipes on here include:
Tbsp = tablespoon
tsp = teaspoon
I think this is closer to a granita than a smoothie bowl 😉 But I will happily call it a smoothie bowl too! 🙂 It looks and sounds delicious! I love mango and I love litchi! 🙂
