Ice cream is one of my favorite foods. I love making it, eating it and occasionally taking pictures of it.
Nice cream, most commonly made from frozen bananas, has the same creamy texture as ice cream but can pass as breakfast or a healthy snack. It may not taste like ice cream, but it’s part smoothie bowl part ice cream and fully delicious.
Frozen bananas are the key ingredient to getting smoothies and nice cream perfectly smooth. Adding different fruits, nut butters or powders, gives you endless flavour options. It also doesn’t require an ice cream machine. All you need is a food processor.
