  1. Put everything in a blender and blend. To make the blending go smoother, always put the liquid (almond milk) first and then the rest of the ingredients.
  2. . Divide into 2 glasses and enjoy.
Recipe Notes

If your dates are hard, soften them in hot water for 5 minutes before adding them to the blender – they’ll blend up easier.

Make sure the oats are gluten free if you need the recipe to be.
