Looks fancy, but this fig and feta pizza is ready to eat in under an hour

Not your obvious choice for pizza toppings, but caramelized onions, figs, feta and sprinkling of fresh rosemary make for a delicious pizza. I used my easy and fast flatbread dough for the base which requires no rising time; but you can use your favorite pizza dough recipe, or in a pinch, even a store-bought flatbread. If you’re using store bought flatbread that is already cooked, you’ll need to reduce the cooking time – just enough time for the cheese to melt and the base to crisp up.
Aside for being delicious, it’s also the easiest and quickest fancy looking pizza you can make.
