Give me a bowl; I’ll make you a meal.
This chicken noodle bowl is part soup, part pasta, part entrée and fully delicious. It’s a filling meal in one colourful bowl. There’s a few components you have to prepare, but it’s a deceptively simple dish to make and will be on the table within an hour! It’s the perfect supper for cold winter nights and with ginger and chicken soup (if you swap the stock for actual soup) it’s a flu remedy in a bowl.
*I used these egg noodles from Woolworths. Warning each nest really expands to make a lot so if you’re cutting down your carbs or have a smaller appetite, one nest is plenty.
