Quick and Easy Muesli Bread
No rise time, no kneading just mix, pop in the oven, wait and you have a loaf of fresh bread! A simple vegan recipe for a hearty muesli bread!

Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Mix the muesli, flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Pour in water and stir to mix. It’s a thick and sticky mixture
Pour the bread mixture into the lined loaf tin.
Put the loaf tin on the middle rack of a cold oven and turn it onto 110°C. Bake for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes turn the oven up to 180°C and bake for another hour, until the bread is golden and cooked through (it’ll sound hollow when tapped).
Remove loaf from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Remove from tin and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
