Instructions
  1. Combine oats, water, eggs and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer on medium to low heat. Let simmer until the water is just absorbed and the oats have thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Divide between 2 bowls and top with avo, strawberries and a poached egg.
