These Spicy yogurt breakfast popsicles taste like frozen yogurt on a stick. Layer yogurt, Herbivore Super Cereal and berries. This recipe can be adapted to what you have at home. Switch Herbivore’s Super Cereal for granola or the berries for any other fruit that would freeze nicely (mango or peaches would be great as well). If you don’t eat yogurt you can also use a coconut cream sweetened instead of yogurt to make vegan breakfast popsciles. If you do this, allow for freezer time between each layer so that the fruit and super cereal doesn’t sink to the bottom. Freeze, store in a container and you have a quick and healthy breakfast, dessert or snack.
The Quantities are not exact, use the amount of yogurt, berries and cereal you need to fill the number of Popsicle molds you have. Make sure that the majority of the popsicle is the yogurt.
