Definitely the beans!
I love the whole ritual of coffee making which delights so many of the senses:
– getting the first whiff of that glorious aroma when I open the container
– hearing the beans tinkle into the hopper as I pour the beans into the grinder
– seeing the gorgeous rich brown powder settling in the filter or moka pot
– the smell (again) of the ground beans
– the gurgle of the moka pot
– the aroma (again) of the freshly brewed coffee
– the sight of the rich crema giving a sense of what is to come which is of course
– that taste!
Yes I do take my coffee quite seriously…
Ground coffee will go down so well on these cold winter mornings….and nights 🙂
