Suits & Sneakers

Location: Sandton Convention Centre, Johannesburg
The fourth Suits and Sneakers Event takes place this Wednesday evening. Suits & Sneakers is a human development and informal learning event aimed at every living, breathing human being in South Africa. It is similar to the popular TedTalks and will showcase 4 speakers who will each speak for 30 minutes.

Jump City Challenge Stadium Dash powered by Peri Construction
Friday, 18 November
Location: Freedom Park, Tshwane
The Jump City Challenge is now at night and will offer you 10km of over 22 obstacles. The course goes through Moses Mabhida stadium, Kings park swimming pool amongst others.
Women’s Health Fit Night Out
Saturday, 19 November
Location: Montecasino, Gauteng
Women’s Health is headed to Joburg this weekend. Expect the hottest fitness trends packed into a late afternoon of fun and fitness, led by Mapule Ndhlovu and joined by yogis, trainers, dance instructors and the Women’s Health team. Expect seven super-cool workouts pitched at all levels of fitness.
The 23rd Tom Jenkins Walk / Run
Saturday, 19 November
Location: Union Building, Pretoria
There’s a half marathon, 10km and 5km on offer. The route is fairly easy and downhill aside for one steep uphill climb.
Telkom 947 Cycle Challenge
Sunday, 20 November
Location: Riversands Commercial Park, Gauteng
This year marks the 20th year of the 947 Cycle Challenge. It will see thousands of cyclists taking over some of the busiest roads in Joburg for the biggest road cycling event in the province.
