If you’ve been around here for a while or watched any of our insta-stories you may have gathered we like food. We like to buy food, make food, eat food, talk about food and take pictures of said food.
The idea of you are what you eat can mean many things, it can be something you define yourself by. “I am a vegan”, “I am gluten free”. Or it can mean that the food you put into your body has an ability to make you feel really good or really bad. It can give you energy, or take that energy away.
This month we’ll be celebrating the idea that You are what you eat, which means articles on different types of diets, recipes, food and more food.
